I love it, but Im having a problem

I got this on my first and second iPod touch, and loved it. Now, with my new touch, I wanted to install it again. I tapped "buy now" and a message popped up telling me about the new terms and conditions. After "reading" that, It asked me if I wanted to continue. I clicked yes and the app stopped installing. I tapped buy now again, and it told me the "you have already purchased this crap", and then the app disappeared. I went to download this AGAIN, but it said it was installed. I checked my home screen 5 times, and its not there. I can figure this is not your problem, but please help me apple!
